EOTech military sights support night vision as one of their many advantages over other similar products.  When used with night vision, the sights have a special mode that has 10 brightness settings (in addition to the 20 levels for daytime use) to give the shooter maximum flexibility with different brands of devices.  As with all its sights, the EOTech does not emit any light signature from its reticle - only the shooter can see it.  Additionally, all lens surfaces are treated with an anti-glare coating for further concealment.  EOTech sights have a wider field of view than other products and the "both eyes open shooting" ability to engage a moving or stationary target with ease is a distinct advantage.  All EOTech sights use a holographic reticle for target acquisition so even if the display is partially obstructed by mud, snow, rain, or damage, as long as the shooter can see through a portion of the display and put the reticle on the target, the point of aim/impact is maintained and the sight can be used with confidence.  EOTech sights are built to Mil-Specs and are waterproof, fogproof, shockproof, and temperature proof and will hold up under any hostile environment encountered.
