Dear Bear Basin Folks,
I just wanted to say "Thank You" for GREAT customer service. I had ordered
a NightForce scope from another supplier that is considered a "major" internet
source and was told it would be shipped out the next day. Ten days later I
had not received the scope (or even a tracking number). When I called them they
said they were sorry but the scope was out of stock and I would have to wait
until another one came in. This after specifically asking them to check if
it was in stock when I ordered it. So I cancelled the order and again looked on
the internet. That's when I found you. I called and asked about the
particular scope and was told it was in stock and could ship that day.
That was yesterday. Today I received my new
NightForce scope from you (along with matching NightForce rail and rings).
