It's constructed to be just as tough as the legendary Trijicon ACOG and features an aircraft quality anodized aluminum body with ultra-durable hardware and rugged controls. Running on a long-lasting lithium CR2032 battery, it provides reliable power to the LED Illuminated reticle. The external adjusters have a locking mechanism, preventing unintentional adjuster rotation--assuring the Trijicon TARS will always be ready to shoot on target. Trijicon's patent-pending absolute zero technology allows a reliable return to zero, every time.

Adaptable
Because you can never predict all conditions, the Trijicon TARS is designed to adapt easily to variable conditions. Its LED illuminated reticle system is adjustable and features 10 settings; seven for daytime and three for night vision equipment. The Trijicon TARS is available in two adjuster/reticle configurations, MOA and MIL. In either case, the reticle and adjusters are measured utilizing the same units--making quick target adjustments much easier. Flip caps and sun shield are standard and are removable to allow for anti-reflection devices.
